Offease is a curated marketplace that helps teams find coworking, private, and managed office spaces across India. Every listing on myoffease.com has been personally visited, photographed, and verified by our team before publication. We charge zero brokerage to renters; operators pay us a fee to be listed.

Offease acts as a facilitator between prospective tenants and space operators. We are not a party to any lease, licence, or occupancy agreement entered into between renters and operators.

You may use myoffease.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or information.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract listing data, pricing, or other content without prior written consent from Offease.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the website.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• Impersonate Offease, any space operator, or any other person or entity.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms without prior notice.

All listing information, including pricing, availability, amenities, photographs, and descriptions, is provided in good faith based on information supplied by space operators and verified by our team at the time of listing.

• Pricing is indicative and subject to change. Confirm current rates directly with the operator before committing.
• Availability changes rapidly; a listing on the site does not guarantee a seat or unit is currently free.
• Photographs represent the space at the time of Offease's visit and may not reflect subsequent changes.
• Offease does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that all listings will be error-free.
