Offease ("we", "our", "us") operates the website myoffease.com, a curated marketplace for coworking, private, and managed office spaces across India. We are based in Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

When you fill in the contact form or make an enquiry, you may provide:

When you visit myoffease.com, we and our analytics partners automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, and referral source
- Clicks, scroll depth, and interaction patterns
- Session recordings and heatmaps (via Microsoft Clarity)
- Core Web Vitals and performance metrics
- UTM campaign parameters
Why we collect it
- Contact form data: to respond to your enquiry, match you with suitable office spaces, and follow up if needed.
- IP address: for security, fraud prevention, and spam filtering.
- Analytics data: to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve search, listings, and content.
- Session recordings: to identify usability issues and optimise the browsing experience.
- Performance metrics: to monitor and improve page load speed.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
Analytics & tracking tools
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure traffic, understand how visitors navigate the site, and evaluate the effectiveness of our content. This service is provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
Google Analytics collects data such as page views, session duration, device type, browser, and geographic region via cookies and similar technologies. Data may be transferred to and stored on Google servers in the United States.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser cookie settings.

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behaviour analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA), to record anonymised session replays, generate heatmaps, and identify where users encounter friction.
Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions. Sensitive form fields (such as phone number and email) are automatically masked and are not captured. Session recordings are used solely for UX research and product improvement.
Data collected by Clarity may be stored on Microsoft's servers. You can opt out by adjusting your cookie preferences or by visiting Microsoft's privacy dashboard.

How data is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in a MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas (cloud infrastructure operated by MongoDB, Inc. in their designated regions). Access is restricted to authorised Offease team members only, protected by authentication, TLS encryption in transit, and encryption at rest.
Images and uploaded files are hosted on Cloudinary (Cloudinary Ltd). Transactional emails are delivered via SendGrid (Twilio SendGrid). Neither service receives more personal data than is necessary for the specific function.
Analytics data is stored on servers managed by Google (for GA4) and Microsoft (for Clarity) in accordance with their respective data processing agreements and privacy policies.
Data retention
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted unless a business relationship is ongoing.
- Google Analytics data: governed by Google's retention settings (typically 14 months).
- Microsoft Clarity recordings: retained for up to 13 months per Microsoft's policy.
- Server logs (IP addresses, access logs): retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by Offease:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request that we delete your contact form submission and associated personal data.
- Objection: object to certain types of processing, such as analytics.
- Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
How to request data deletion
Email us at hello@myoffease.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name and email address used in your submission. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion in writing.
Children's privacy
myoffease.com is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact hello@myoffease.com and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of myoffease.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
